Our vision for the Leadership Institute for Core Development is to give leaders the tools they need to start well, stay well, and finish well.
Somewhere along the way, we adopted paradigms of leadership that taught people image is more important than identity – how we look is more important than who we are. This has left people battling an internal war, wondering if they’ll ever be good enough or if they have what it takes.
Am I enough?
Privately, leaders are burning out, tapping out, and their marriages and families are giving out. Publicly, things look great because they dare not talk about or post anything except what’s “#blessed and #amazing!”
We’ve equipped leaders with skills, but we’ve often neglected the core of “who” they are and so “doing” has become more important than “being.” And it’s killing what would be great leaders.
